Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the kc99 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on kc99, you represent and warrant that:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from kc99 or had a kc99 account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, current, and complete.

kc99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kc99 support may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending the outcome of the verification process.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one active kc99 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. kc99 uses this information solely for account operation, identity verification, and fraud prevention in accordance with the kc99 Privacy Policy.

Account registration on kc99 is free of charge. kc99 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a Player account. Players must be physically capable of giving informed consent and must not register under duress, intoxication, or any condition that impairs their judgement.

Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their kc99 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. kc99 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.

Any bet or transaction placed from a Player's account while that account is logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by the account holder unless the Player has previously reported a security breach to kc99 support in writing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All kc99 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kc99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The following general conditions apply to all kc99 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on kc99 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that the details of any bet are correct before confirmation. kc99 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of Player error.

kc99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) there is a manifest error in the odds or game parameters displayed; (b) the bet was placed after the event outcome was determined; (c) technical failure materially affected the integrity of the game round or event; or (d) the bet is found to form part of an organised attempt to defraud the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

While kc99 uses industry-standard security measures to protect the Platform and Player data, no digital system can guarantee absolute security against all forms of cyber attack or technical failure.

kc99's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

kc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity connected with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from kc99.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. kc99 will attempt to contact the Player via the registered contact details before imposing any dormancy administration fee on inactive accounts.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kc99 will endeavour to complete its review within 30 days. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a material breach is confirmed, kc99 reserves the right to permanently close the account and to apply any funds within it toward the recovery of losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach.

Any remaining real-money balance in the account will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method after a final identity verification check, provided no outstanding investigation is pending.

Amendments to These Terms

kc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect Player rights, bonus conditions, or payment procedures — kc99 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address or mobile number.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kc99 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction other than to note that Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with local laws in their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and kc99 regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or the interpretation of these Terms, the Player should first contact kc99 support at [email protected] with a full written description of the complaint. kc99 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours (BST) and will endeavour to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days. kc99's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, where those outcomes are verified by independent RNG certification, shall be final.
